Testing attachments Note: If in step 6 you are still unable to change the template—if clicking the image produces no result, we have seen cases where the subsite must be made active first. In this case, go to Configure > Sites > Find your new site – it should be last in the list. Click on "Inactive" to toggle the site to Active for a moment. Repeat steps 4-7, then, if you wish, return to Configure > Sites, and set your new site back to "Inactive" while you build out your content.
