    Running, Basketball, Weight lifting. We'll alternate lower body and upper body workout.

    Participates in a variety of strength and endurance fitness.

    Improve skills in Running- Build leg strenght.

    Ball control, Dribbling, Shooting, Passing, Offensive/Defensive play.

    WEIGHTROOM.

    Build upper body strength by using weights and working mainly on upper body.

    Essential question:

    Explain/demonstrate any of the above skills using proper form and technique.

    Expectation/Assessment:

    Dress out.

    Participate in activities using proper form, technique and weight. 

    Follow safety rules, show respect and good sportsmanship.

    Clean up and care of equipment.
