    The Happy Valley High School's Science department strives to provide excellent science education for all students. We currently offer courses in Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science. Please see the Courses page for course recommendations. We offer a variety of course offerings and combinations depending on the students' needs. We encourage our students to choose courses that match their interests, abilities, and goals. Some courses are instructed at a higher level, which require science and/or mathematics prerequisites. All science courses are lab-based. Students are graded on laboratory work and notebooks, homework assignments, projects, in-class work and participation, and extra credit.
